These terms apply to all orders placed via fibushi.com with Fibushi Ibiza S.L.
2. Conclusion of contract
The order is placed by clicking “Buy now — obligation to pay”. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.
3. Prices & payment
All prices include statutory VAT (IVA). Shipping costs are shown before checkout. Payment via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
4. Delivery
Free delivery on Ibiza and the Balearic Islands; other regions per the Shipping page. Delivery times stated there.
5. Warranty & liability
Statutory warranty rights apply (3 years in Spain per Real Decreto-ley 7/2021).
